Everyone has a nemesis in the work out world….well mine is the ring dip. I have been working on these babies for quite some time because as most of you know my ultimate goal is the ring muscle up! While looking at last year’s goals, I really need to focus on ring dips. So I have been looking at some u-tube videos and found these. For some reason I am just really struggling on the kipping part of the ring dip.
