For those of you who have completed your whole 30 you know what I mean by the sugar dragon. That dragon is very hard to tame. Melissa Hartwig explains there are 3 triggers: Specific Foods, Emotional Connection, and Stress. You have to find your trigger and tame it. Mine is stress. When I am stressed I go for the sweets.
