Think you may need a Paleo reset? Ask yourself the following questions to help make your decision:
- Pants getting a little snug?
- Tired all the time?
- Hungry more?
- Don’t notice yourself progressing in the gym?
- Irritated easily?
- Notice eating more process foods?
First off I want to make one thing clear. If you need a paleo reset, it doesn’t mean you are a failure! Everyone tends to let life get in the way and starts to feel their pants get a little tight. The cool thing is that you recognize that and you do something about it! You are only human!
The following are my recommendations to reset your body:
1.) Do whole 30 for the first time or again:) In my opinion Whole 30 is the perfect paleo reset. This program gets your mind and body back to where it needs to be. If you have done whole 30 before then you really don’t need to do the reintroduction again if you don’t want. You already know what your body can handle and not handle. So that’s a plus right??
