What ever decision you make, your life will follow. This applies to your health decisions too. You decide to eat a protein shake in the morning every day…result…you will have energy and protein for the morning and feel satisfied. You decide to eat a doughnut every morning…result… you will feel irritable and hungry 1/2 hour later.

Every decision you make ever second of you life will have a consequence good or bad. It’s up to you which road you decide to take.

I recommend the book called The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson. Great read about how every second in your life does matter and how to use each moment to your advantage:)
