This is so true in the health industry! So many people want to feel good right now! They want things immediately and not wait. Our society wants to lose the 10 pounds that they have gained over the last year in one week. Wake up my friend….it’s not going to happen that way!
As John says, to begin changing your thinking start right now to change your behavior. For example, what can you do right now, as you are reading this post to change your behavior? Are you drinking a pop by chance, or eating chips, or candy or any other not so healthy food? Change your behavior now and stop drinking or eating the unhealthy food. Throw it away. You can’t tell me that you have never let an apple rote in your refrigerator or some other healthy food for that matter. I am not saying to waste food by any means, but I am trying to make a point here. After you make a decision then you need to follow it by an action or a behavior. Begin to act like a healthy person. Begin to talk like a healthy person. Before you know it, you begin to believe it and you begin to act it. Don’t believe me? Try it yourself!!
