So one week ago you decided to create this new you (or whenever you decided to create that New Year’s resolution 🙂 )! Look at ya now, one week down! You have made it past the….oh do I do it… or do I not? If I can’t have dairy or wheat what else is there to eat? Now you know the answer to that questions….a lot of delicious food that will nourish your body.. that’s what! 

I understand that habits are hard to break and it will take determination! You have started so why stop? Keep at it and count all your successes from this last week. Every little step matters:) Write them down and be proud! Look back at them when you are feeling discouraged.
