Want a way to relax and detox at the same time? Take a detox bath!

  • Epson salt: flushes toxins

  • Baking Soda: Good for your skin

  • Ginger: (optional) helps sweat out toxins

  • Essential oils: Anyone you choose. Lavender is a good relaxer:)

Soak and enjoy for at least 20 minutes, 40 minutes or longer is recommended! Do this once a week!
