Aka Paleo Chorizo Egg Bake
This has been my latest go to breakfast! I even add maple syrup once it’s cooked and serve…oh that’s good. After I served that, someone gave me a bright idea to drizzle the sausage with maple syrup, add everything else and then bake. So I gave that a try and that was even better. It’s amazing with or with out the syrup…just saying. I also doubled the recipe so that I have a big ol’ pan of it for the week! Great with my coffee!
