Post Work Out shake

My new latest:


1 scoop of your chosen protein powder ( I use SFH recovery)

1 tablespoon of raw honey, but this time I used Creamed Honey from Iowa farms:)

About a handful of Dark Sweet Frozen Cherries 

8 ounces of water (I use Perfect Water)

1 Tablespoon of Great Lakes Gelatin

Blend all ingredients together

The best part…wait for it..I place a glass in the freezer (I would say for about 10-15 min…I always have one in there so not for sure exactly how long it would take), take it out, and pour my shake in that…it keeps it cold and just looks refreshing!
